Harry Potter star in drugs scandal

The actor, who plays Gregory Goyle in the films, was photographed lighting a 'spliff' on a night out with friends recently.

The picture was thought to be taken while Josh was on holiday in Amsterdam, where it is legal to smoke the drug.

And he’s not the first Slytherin Potter cast member to be caught up in such a scandal.
